we greatly enjoyed this hotel. the staff was gracious and the location was magnificent. moreover, mountaineer's cemetery was 5 minutes' walk away.

We really enjoyed this hotel, including its good staff and service. Ski area not far from the property. Spent a nice evening at Derby, located so close to the venue. Comfy bed and free Wi-Fi in the room. It was worth its 4 stars.
